Thankful For Giftie Box

This box turned out so cute, I used the Pathfinding papers and cut with the Artiste Circuit Cartridge at 5.5" relative dial size.  Then I used the Thankful Heart stamps set and gold sequins to embellish it.

Pocket Scrapbooking - Quick and Easy

I have this big box of photos and mementos and I decided that I wanted to do all of these photos using pocket scrapbooking.  In Pocket Scrapbooking you just tuck your photos in pockets on 12 x 12 sheet protectors.  The pockets are 4 x 6 and 3 x 4.

In my box of photos there are a lot that are smaller than 4 x 6.  What I have been doing is gluing them onto sheets of 4 x 6 paper.  I have been using themed Close To My Heart paper packs.  In each pack there are 3 different patterned sheets of cardstock (2 sheets of each).  Since each sheet has different patterns on the front and back of each page, you really have 6 different patterns and after cutting each sheet into 6 4x6 pieces you can have a different pattern under each picture.

After putting pictures in the pockets, if I had any empty spots, I would just put a Picture My Life card into those pockets. It is moving really quickly and easily.  The hardest part of pocket scrapbooking is really just organizing the photos before hand.

Cross Country Layout

I created this layout for my son's cross country pictures using the Pathfinding papers.  Since this sport is in the fall, I thought these papers would work perfectly.  I used the Artbooking Cricut Cartridge for some of the decorative elements and also added the Triangle Durable Studs.

Hello Card

I'm so in love with this card!  I used Cashmere cardstock and the Woodgrain Embossing Folder run through my Cuttlebug for the bottom half of the card.  I used some of the Pathfinding paper pack for the top part of the card.  I then added some leaves from the Thankful Heart stamp set stamped in Topiary ink and colored in with the ShinHan Twin Touch Marker.  The sentiment is from the Have a Happy Day stamp set also stamped in Topiary using the Second Generation stamping technique.  I finished it off with some Washi Tape.

Hot Air Balloon Pop-Up Card

I am so excited for the new Artfully Sent CTMH Cricut Cartridge!  This is one of the cards that I was able to make at the CTMH Convention this year and I have been patiently (I promise I have been patient) waiting for the cartridge to become available.  It is so fun to have the Cricut cut out all of the pop-up pieces for you and it turns out so cute!

Temple My Crush Scrapbook Page

I had an opportunity to help clean at the Seattle LDS Temple.  When I got there they put a paper bracelet on me and I thought how cool it was and that I would have something to scrapbook from this experience, yup, I'm a scrapbooker through and through!  Putting the bracelet with some Washi Tape on a My Crush page was perfect for me, so fun!

Base & Bling Bracelet

The Base & Bling line of products now has this really cute bracelet as well as oval and rectangle pendants.  It is so quick to put these together, I just used the oval glass cover to trace the shape out of the Style Sheets and cut it out.  I stuck it in the bracelet frame, put in some Liquid Glass and then put on the glass cover.  After holding it in place for a few seconds I used a baby wipe to clean up the excess Liquid Glass that spilled out and it was finished1

4-Wheel'in in the Mud Digital Layout

What a fun and simple layout, I just dropped in the pictures, changed a few colors then journaled and it was done and I'm so happy with how it turned out!  I'm trying to get caught up with my 2008 scrapbooking and doing Studio J makes it so fast!
